Well...I'm back from camp...and, I'll give a brief-ish overview of my amazing time.
I get to the camp dropoff, and I begin to go through the lines. The moment I got in line, I saw a girl that I hated from the previous year. Already, I knew that she wouldn't be any better. So, I go through the lines, give my bro his goodbye, and head off to the lines with the 3 people I had come up with. We get on the bus, and meet 4 more people who are going to be in the unit with us. Once at camp, we get to the sorting house, and are sent to CIT. We learn that we have 32 girls, and have no home. Pool...we have our swim test, and then, we get to go to back up to the luggage dropoff. There, we plan our skits for intro for campfire, and our song for CIT. Once done with that, we rush to dinner, and then down to campfire. The theme: Showtunes/Musicals. We kept begging for Massee, but, didn't get it...oh well. Got to the luggage dropoff, and pitched our tents, then, fell asleep. Day 1 end.
Day 2: Woke up, went to Archery, shot archry, had a conflict talk, made our journals, and nothing else exciting happned.
Day 3:Ate at dining hall, then went to nature. Whad some 'me' time, aka, talk to each other. Pool...one of the girls lost a filling, and she was sent to a dentist. We had a communication dinner. Then, during dinner, two of my former horse counselors rode by and told me that my horse was back. (he was sent home early last year).
Day 4:Showers! We then went to Kitchen, and I helped with cooking cookies, and we got to choose our own lunch. Then, we talked about many of our camp secrets, why it's no sooner than, no later than 11:40 for bus time. Pita Pizza dinner, picture fest...and we were going to sleep, and were moved to Masse because of a lightning storm.
Day 5:Slept til 9...skipped pool. We walked past horses, and helped with luggage for the double change day. We were split in half, and half went to units, my group talked about homesickness, and, a bunch of the CITs were pretending to be homseick. We then switched, and I went to my unit where counselors gave us lanyard string. Went to dining hall, and were moved into our unit after a first night campfire where we got to see what counselors do in the biffy.
Day 6: Woke up, and part of the group I was in went to rocks. I stayed so I wouldn't hurt my knees. Rusty hung out with us at Soar, then, at lunch, we were sorted. I got to go with Snoquers aka, youngest girls in camp. We went on 3 trails, and with one of them, I got to finally smell the pine tree that smells of butterscotch. We took Tajar trail up to Snoq, then, we hiked up to Red Rock (basically, very big hill to Paso, then no harness rock climbing. One girl kept wanting me to be near her. Went to dinner, went to a fashion show and a party after it..and had a hat switching game
Day 7: Woke up, sent to Kichiwani to help them with the backdrops and costumes for their play that night. We had a 'befriending' ceremony, then, got to go swamping...failed at flipping the canoe over. Went to Flag, Staffed the table, and got to talk with adoette girls. Then, we went to the Kichi play. I met

finally! I then got a ride on the Starship Spork:Troop Transport.
Day 8:Woke up, went to pool, began to gather contacht 411. Went to archery and played archery baseball. Shot at water baloons. Showered at Snoq/Ribbonwood. Spaghetti and Meatballs for dinnerand we began to speak in 3rd person.
Day 9:Amazing day. Woke up and went to Snoq to help them clean up their unit, and got them for dining hall. Got to do signatures. We said our goodbyes to the girls, then, were sorted again into our units. Phideaux left my group for last, and sent us home to Ado! We were so excited. I helped with postcards, then, we all met at the meadow and talked with kneazle and firecracker. Cheyenne told us to see our Round (GORGEOUS)
Day 10:Went to Nature to work on our service project. We tye-died our bandanas, and saw a few counselors from a previous year. Forced-me time...Zoink and I passed notes. When we were sent to waterfront, two girls JUMPED out of their canoe because Bob was in it. It was kinda funny. We got our shirts, but, after dinner, we were forced to go to say goodbye to one of the girls who got really sick. She was sent home. We had a great matress hunt...and counselors told my group where it was....my knees died
Day 11: Woke up...12 hour unit stay. I had woken up an hour early because of my knees. I sat through Horse care and breeds/colors, then helped with breeds/colors. When I was in the arena...girl fell off, and was sent away on an ambulence. We had our girls canoe and kayak, then, returned to horses, left, then went back to the unit and had a party...SODA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Day 12:Last Full day. Finished service project, saw lunchbox, pulled a prank. Showered, all camp day...not that fun because I was stuck sitting at a place. Princess pagent was awesome. Stonewall won!!! AKA Princess Bubblebutt. We went and served food, then went to Scouts own which CITs ran. I cried, as always for the final songs. Pulled the prank.
Day 13: Last day. Woke up, packed, and made our way up to the dining hall to serve. We hung out for a bit, served food. I was pulled away to make lunches. When we got breakfast, we sat and signed bandanas. Mickey Mouse Roll Call...kinda funny. 6 Lauras in a row, and then we had a Sara, Megan, Sarah, Megan Sara. I cried like mad when we said goodbye. Caught a ride to TC-4. Said goodbye to Animal and Cheyenne. Cried more once on the bus, and as we left...I continued to cry. I wrote letters to my counselors while I sat on the bus, but, the CITs were singing so much
OVERALL:::
I had an amazing time up at camp, and miss it like crazy. I don't know if I will return next year, and I will cry if I can't because I love it so much.

I once bumped into a mannequin; I wasn't looking, and I thought it was an actual person. I apologized to it, looked at it, and felt like a fool.
